  * The following information on the Japanese text in the pages above was kindly provided by Patsy's Nadesico Zone - Thanks! *  I believe the 'new' scenes are from the Sega Saturn game. The word "Sega Saturn Version" is shown in the bottom right hand corner of the first page above the staff credits. There's not much new info given by the article that we don't know already from the movie. But here are some pretty noteworthy points: 
   The second page: Megumi kept her Nadesico past a secret and made her comeback debut under a new name. The Hoimei Girls also become a pretty successful idol pop group. 
   The fourth page: Pretty much everyone except Akito (busy with work) and Megumi/Hoimei girls showed up for the new "launch" party for Nadesico B. Ruri caused a stir when she announced that she will become the new captain of the ship. Yurika, who knew nothing about this beforehand, tried to stop her. But Ruri said "I probably will be a burden if I continue to live with you two (Yurika and Akito)" Thus she bid farewell to the "happy comfy life" and moved on by herself with Nadesico B. <*sniff* sniff*>
